# How do you log in to your Sarbacane account?

Log in with your credentials, after an invitation, or when your email address gives access to several accounts.

To log in to your Sarbacane account, open [account.sarbacane.com](https://account.sarbacane.com/apps) and enter your email address and password. If a colleague invited you, start with the link you received by email to set your password.

## Prerequisites

-   An active Sarbacane account (email address and password), or an invitation email sent by an account administrator.
    
-   If two-factor authentication is enabled: access to your mailbox to receive the code.
    

## Steps

### Log in with your credentials

1.  Open the login page [account.sarbacane.com](https://account.sarbacane.com/apps).
    
2.  Enter your email address and password.
    
3.  (Optional) Check the **Stay logged in** box so you don't have to re-enter your credentials.
    
4.  Click **Log in**.
    
5.  If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the code you received by email.

> **Note**: avoid **Stay logged in** on a public or shared computer.

### Log in after an invitation

1.  In your inbox, open the invitation email.
    
2.  Click the invitation link.
    
3.  Set your password by following the on-screen instructions.
    
4.  Log in at [account.sarbacane.com](https://account.sarbacane.com/apps) with your email address and this password.
    

### Choose an account when your address is linked to several accounts

1.  Enter your credentials, then click **Log in**.
    
2.  In the drop-down list, choose the account you want to open.
    
3.  Click **Confirm**.
    

## Expected result

You land in your Sarbacane account, on the applications you have access to. After an invitation, you see the resources shared with you, without having created a separate account.

## Troubleshooting

### An error message says your email or password is incorrect

Check the spelling of your email address. If it changed recently, use the new address. If you forgot your password, follow [I forgot my password. What should I do?](https://help.sarbacane.com/en/articles/78.md)

### I didn't receive the invitation email

Check your spam folder and the address the invitation was sent to. Otherwise, ask the account administrator to click **Resend invitation** next to your invitation.

### I don't receive the two-factor authentication code

Check your spam folder, then check that the address you entered is the one linked to your account.
