Customizing your Sarbacane Engage user profile is essential for an optimal experience. Learn how to update your personal information and configure your preferences by following the steps below.

## Updating Personal Information 

To update your personal information, follow these steps:

-   Access your settings by clicking the corresponding icon.
    
-   Select the Profile tab.
    
-   You will be redirected to the User tab. Edit or complete the available fields.
    
-   You can choose the language of your interface (French or English) for a more suitable use. 
    
-   In the BCC Emails field, you can add blind copy email addresses for your sequences.
    

Note: Ensure that you complete all required fields in order to save the information.

## Preference Customization

At the bottom of the page, customize your preferences by checking or unchecking the following options:

-   Return-to-Office Contacts: Receive an email when your prospect returns to the office after an automatically detected absence.
    
-   Weekly Statistics Report: Receive a weekly summary of your statistics every Monday.
    

## Changing Email Address

If you wish to change the email address associated with your account, contact our support team via the chat at the bottom right of the application.

## Saving Changes

Once you have made your changes, do not forget to click Save at the bottom of the page to record your updates.
