# Are sending credits carried over from one period to another?

Find out what happens to your unused credits when your subscription renews.

No. Sarbacane Campaigns and Sarbacane Sendkit sending credits are not carried over from one period to another: from one month to the next for a monthly subscription, from one year to the next for an annual subscription.

At each renewal, your balance returns to the volume of credits included in your subscription. Unused credits are lost.
