# What is a Sarbacane Suite license?

What a Suite license unlocks, how to allocate its access, and when to add application-specific licenses.

A Sarbacane Suite licence gives you one licence (one access) for each of the Suite's applications. The administrator assigns each of these licences to the user of their choice. If several people need to use the same application, you can purchase additional licences for that application in addition to the Suite licence.

## What a Suite licence includes

One licence for each of these applications: Sarbacane Campaigns, Sarbacane Sendkit, Sarbacane Pages, Sarbacane Forms, Sarbacane Engage and Sarbacane Chat. Each licence gives one user access to one application.

The Sarbacane Campaigns licence also includes Contacts and Sarbacane Studio: the user with the Campaigns licence has automatic access to them.

## Distributing licences among your users

You can assign all the licences to one person, or distribute them according to each person's role. For example:

-   Sarbacane Campaigns (with Contacts and Sarbacane Studio), Sarbacane Forms and Sarbacane Pages to someone in the marketing department;
    
-   Sarbacane Chat to someone in customer service;
    
-   Sarbacane Sendkit to a developer;
    
-   Sarbacane Engage to a sales representative.
    

## Adding licences in addition to the Suite licence

If several users need access to the same application, purchase an additional licence for that application.

For example, one colleague manages all your communications and needs all the applications, while another only manages the chat bubble on your website. Get a Suite licence for the first person and a Sarbacane Chat licence for the second.

You can also purchase Sarbacane Studio or Contacts licences on their own, without Sarbacane Campaigns. For example, for a graphic designer who creates your email templates without sending campaigns.
