# What are the different subscription options available?

The elements you choose to build your Sarbacane subscription: licenses, support, credits and options.

A Sarbacane subscription is made up of your licenses, a support level, sending credits for Sarbacane Campaigns and Sarbacane Sendkit, and options. You choose each of these elements when you place your order on the online store, along with the payment frequency: monthly or annual.

## What you choose

-   **Licenses**: the number of licenses your team needs, per application or with a Sarbacane Suite license.
    
-   **Support level**: Essential, Premium or Exclusive. It is the same for all your licenses.
    
-   **Sending credits**: for Sarbacane Campaigns and Sarbacane Sendkit, the volume of emails or SMS included in your subscription.
    
-   **Payment frequency**: monthly or annual.
    

## Available options

-   With a Premium or Exclusive support level: Advanced Intelligence option and Expert Technical Configuration option.
    
-   With a license that allows you to send emails: domain name and dedicated IP.
    

## After your order

If your Sarbacane Campaigns email credits run out before renewal, you can purchase a top-up pack from the **Usage** section of your account. For any other change (volume, SMS, Sarbacane Sendkit), book an appointment with your account manager using the **Modify** button in the same section.
