# How can I purchase additional email or SMS credits in Sarbacane?

Purchase a Sarbacane Campaigns email top-up pack, or increase your subscription volume with your account manager.

When your credits run out, you can still create a campaign in Sarbacane Campaigns, but you cannot send it. For Sarbacane Campaigns emails, purchase a top-up pack from the **Usage** section of your account, at any time during your subscription. For SMS, Sarbacane Sendkit emails, or to permanently increase the volume included in your subscription, click **Modify** in the same section to book an appointment with your account manager.

## Prerequisites

-   Be the account owner or an administrator.
    

## Steps

**Purchase a top-up pack (Sarbacane Campaigns emails only)**

1.  At the top right of the screen, click your initials (or your avatar).
    
2.  In the left-hand menu, click the **Home** tab.
    
3.  Scroll to the bottom of the page, to the **Usage** section.
    
4.  Under **EMAIL VIA CAMPAIGNS**, click **Need an extra pack?**
    
5.  Choose one of the packs offered: the number of credits in each pack is set in advance.
    
6.  Confirm your order.
    

**Increase the volume included in your subscription (Sarbacane Campaigns emails, Sarbacane Sendkit emails or SMS)**

1.  In the **Usage** section (steps 1 to 3 above), find the relevant block: **EMAIL VIA CAMPAIGNS**, **EMAIL VIA SENDKIT** or **SMS**.
    
2.  To the right of the current volume, click **Modify**.
    
3.  Book an appointment with your account manager.
    

## Expected result

-   Top-up pack: once the order is confirmed, the credits are added to your balance, under **EMAIL VIA CAMPAIGNS**.
    
-   Subscription volume: your account manager adjusts the included volume with you during the appointment.
    

## Troubleshooting

### I can't see the Usage section

Only the account owner and administrators have access to it. Ask them to purchase the credits, or to make you an administrator.

### I can't find a top-up pack for my SMS or Sendkit emails

Top-up packs are only available for Sarbacane Campaigns emails. For your SMS or Sarbacane Sendkit emails, click **Modify** in the relevant block to book an appointment with your account manager.

### The credits I purchased don't appear

Contact customer service and give the date of your order.
