# What is the minimum sending volume?

The minimum volume for Sarbacane Campaigns and Sarbacane Sendkit, and what to do if you need less or more.

The minimum volume depends on your Sarbacane Campaigns or Sarbacane Sendkit subscription plan: it is the first credit tier, already included in the subscription price. You cannot pay less for a lower volume. If you need more than the volumes offered, your account manager can make you a custom offer.

## How the price is calculated

-   The price increases by tier, based on the volume of email or SMS credits included in your subscription.
    
-   It also depends on your subscription type: monthly or annual.
    

## When you receive your credits

-   Monthly subscription: your credits arrive every month.
    
-   Annual subscription: you receive all your credits at once.
    

In both cases, the first credits arrive as soon as your order is confirmed.

## I need less than the minimum volume

The first volume tier is included in the subscription, in addition to access to the application and support. If you choose the lowest volume, you therefore only pay for access to the application and support from our teams. Needing less than this tier does not lower the price.

## I need more than the volumes offered

The volumes offered are tiers set in advance. For a custom volume, book an appointment with your account manager: in the **Usage** section of your account, click **Modify**. You can also contact them directly.
