# How can I use a promotional code?

Apply a promotional code when you place your order on the Sarbacane online store.

You enter your promotional code at the last step of your order on the Sarbacane online store, in the order summary.

## Prerequisites

-   Have a valid promotional code.
    
-   Order on the Sarbacane online store.
    

## Steps

1.  Go through your order on the online store up to the last step.
    
2.  On the right of the screen, in your order summary, below the total amount, click **Do you have a promotional code?**
    
3.  In the field that appears, enter your code.
    
4.  Next to the field, click the confirmation button.
    

## Expected result

The discount is applied: the total amount is recalculated in your order summary.

## Troubleshooting

### My promotional code does not work

Check that the code is still valid. Only one code can be used per order: you cannot combine several codes.

### The discount no longer appears when my subscription renews

By default, a promotional code does not apply to renewals. There may be exceptions: check the code's terms of use or contact your account manager.
