# Positive User : I typed sarbacane.com and ended up here. Why?

You are at the right address!

[Sarbacane.com](https://Sarbacane.com) now redirects to [User.com](https://User.com), the new emailing and customer engagment platform of Positive and the new generation of Sarbacane. The redirect only affects the website, not your Sarbacane account.
