# Welcome to Sendkit!

Welcome to Sendkit!

This article introduces the main features of your workspace to help you get started with your account and configure it.

##
**Exploring the interface**

On the left side of your screen, you will find the main navigation menu, which consists of the following sections:

- Home

- API key management

- Blacklists

- Campaigns

- Activity

- Settings

Each section gives you quick access to the platform's various features.

##
**API key management**

The API Key Management section lets you create as many API keys as you need, consult the API documentation to facilitate your integrations, and find all the information related to your SMTP credentials. This section is essential for sending messages.

## **Blacklists**

The Blacklists section brings together all your suppression lists. Here you will find:

- your unsubscribed contacts

- your bounced contacts (emails and SMS)

- the option to create new unsubscribe lists.

These lists help ensure that your contacts' preferences are respected and improve the quality of your sends.

## **Campaigns**

From this section, you can create, manage, and track your campaigns directly from the platform.

## **Activity**

The Activity section lets you monitor your recipients’ behavior in detail after sending your campaigns. In particular, you can view:

- opens

- clicks

- sending errors

- bounces, etc.

Search filters are also available, for example, to search for the activity of a specific contact.

## **Settings**

The Settings section brings together all your account configuration options:

- domain management

You can add as many domains as needed for your mailings. For each domain, Sendkit automatically checks for the presence and validity of the required DNS records. If a record is missing or incorrectly configured, it will be flagged to make it easier to fix.

Important : all requested records must be configured correctly for your domain to be validated and used to send your emails.

- sending settings

You can then customize the behavior of your mailings by enabling or disabling various options, such as:

\-open and click tracking

\-setting up a custom unsubscribe link

- webhooks

The Webhooks section lets you configure notifications sent to your applications so you can automatically retrieve events generated by your campaigns (opens, clicks, bounces,...).

- dedicated IP address

If you would like a dedicated IP address for your mailings, you can request one from our teams.

- artificial intelligence

You will also find the settings related to the use of the artificial intelligence features offered by the platform. You can manage your consent there.

- display preferences

Finally, the last preferences let you customize the appearance of your interface by choosing its theme.
