# How can I change the information on my invoices?

Update the company name, address, or country that will appear on your next invoices.

The information on your invoices comes from the **Contact information** menu in your account. Any changes apply to future invoices. Invoices that have already been issued are not changed.

## Prerequisites

-   Be logged in to the Sarbacane account whose invoices you want to update.
    

## Steps

1.  At the top right of the screen, click your avatar.
    
2.  In the menu on the left of the screen, click **Contact information**.
    
3.  Edit the relevant fields: **Company name**, **Country**, **Address**, **Address line 2**, **ZIP code**, **City**.
    
4.  At the bottom of the page, save your changes.
    

## Expected result

Your new contact details appear in the **Contact information** menu. They will appear on your next invoice.

## Troubleshooting

### An already issued invoice contains an error

Changes are not retroactive: invoices that have already been issued remain unchanged. If you have any questions about an already issued invoice, email [abonnement@sarbacane.com](mailto:abonnement@sarbacane.com) and include your customer account number and the invoice number.
