# How can I get a quote for a purchase order?

Request a quote from Sarbacane to get a purchase approved internally.

To get a quote (for issuing a purchase order, for example), contact your account manager by phone or email [abonnement@sarbacane.com](mailto:abonnement@sarbacane.com). Quotes are not available directly in your account.

## Prerequisites

-   Know what you want to order: licenses, email or SMS credits, support level, options.
    
-   Have your [customer account number](https://help.sarbacane.com/en/articles/92.md) if you are already a customer.
    

## Steps

1.  Contact your account manager by phone or email [abonnement@sarbacane.com](mailto:abonnement@sarbacane.com).
    
2.  Provide your customer account number and what you want to order.
    
3.  Your account manager will send you the quote.
    

## Expected result

You receive a quote, which you can forward to your purchasing or accounting department.

## Troubleshooting

### I haven't received the requested quote

Follow up with your account manager, or email [abonnement@sarbacane.com](mailto:abonnement@sarbacane.com) and mention the date of your request.
