# How to resend an SMS campaign in Sarbacane?

Resend an SMS to a subset of the recipients of a campaign that has already been sent, from its statistics.

To follow up on an SMS campaign in Sarbacane Campaigns, open the statistics for the sent campaign, choose who to resend the message to, then send it or schedule it. Allow for seven steps and a few minutes.

## Prerequisites

-   A Sarbacane Campaigns license.
    
-   An SMS campaign that has already been sent.
    
-   Sufficient SMS credits: a follow-up uses credits just like a new send.
    

**Best practice**: wait at least 48 hours after the first send before following up with your recipients.

## Steps

1.  In Sarbacane Campaigns, open [**My campaigns**](https://campaigns.sarbacane.com/#!/p/campaignslist/camp/default/preview).
    
2.  On the SMS campaign thumbnail, click the three dots, then click **Statistics**.
    
3.  At the top right of the screen, click the three dots, then click **Follow up on a campaign**.
    
4.  Choose **SMS**.
    
5.  Choose the recipients for the follow-up:
    
    -   **To recipients who received it and haven't unsubscribed**: recipients who received the SMS and have not unsubscribed.
        
    -   **To recipients who didn't receive it**: recipients to whom the SMS was not delivered.
        
    -   **To recipients who didn't click**: recipients who didn't click the link in your SMS.
        
6.  Keep the original message, which is suggested by default, or edit it.
    
7.  Send the follow-up immediately or schedule it.
    

**Note**: SMS marketing sending restrictions also apply to follow-ups (Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., excluding public holidays).

## Expected result

The follow-up appears as a new campaign in **My campaigns**.

## Troubleshooting

### I can't find the follow-up option

You can only follow up on a campaign that has already been sent. Check the campaign status in **My campaigns**.
