# How to enable / disable the Chat bubble in Sarbacane?

Hide or show again the bubble that lets you contact customer service from the interface.

The chat bubble lets you contact customer support without leaving Sarbacane. If it gets in your way, you can hide it from your profile and show it again whenever you like. This setting only applies to you.

## Prerequisites

-   Be logged in to your Sarbacane account.
    

## Steps

1.  In the top-right corner of the screen, click your avatar.
    
2.  In the left-hand menu, click **Profile**, then open the **Preferences** tab.
    
3.  Turn the **Chat support** toggle on or off.
    

## Expected result

The chat bubble appears or disappears immediately in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

## Troubleshooting

### The bubble does not appear even though the toggle is on

Accept the site's cookies, then reload the page: the bubble will not appear while cookies are rejected.
