How to automate your prospecting actions with the Salesforce extension?
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Your sales strategy and actions present several challenges and requirements:
- Addressing your contacts at the most opportune moment
- Having up-to-date data to avoid mishaps and synchronization errors with your team
- Being able to access quality data outside of your usual CRM environment, for marketing purposes, for example.
A few use cases for inspiration:
- Adding a new subscriber to your Sarbacane communications following the opt-in of a Salesforce lead.
- Removing a prospect from Salesforce following the opt-out of a Sarbacane contact.
- Sending an email via Sarbacane Campaigns following the change in status of a Salesforce lead.
- Sending an email via Sarbacane Campaigns following a specific action of a lead whose behavior is tracked on Salesforce.
- Updating a column of Sarbacane Contacts data following the scheduling of an appointment by a Salesforce prospect.
Connecting Sarbacane Suite to Salesforce
- Go to the Zapier page dedicated to the Sarbacane and Salesforce connector.
- After logging in via your Google account and accepting the terms and conditions, choose the desired event: this is the one that will trigger the action globally.
- Choose from the list the Salesforce dataset you want to synchronize.
- In the next steps, still on Zapier, specify the desired data (row, column, value, etc.).
- After the initial automatic test, you will be prompted to repeat these steps for configuring the desired automatic actions on Sarbacane.
- A final test confirms the link between your Salesforce actions and Sarbacane Contacts.
Good to know: It is possible to automate the update of data from Salesforce to Sarbacane, and vice versa. However, the action possibilities from Salesforce to Sarbacane Suite are more numerous than the reverse.
