IP Access Restriction
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
It is possible to restrict access by allowing only specific IP addresses or IP ranges. This feature helps protect your account against unauthorized logins.
If no restriction is applied, all IPs are allowed to access the account.
Steps to access the Access Restrictions tab
- Log in to your administrator or owner account.
- Go to the Security menu in the account settings.
- Click on the Access Restrictions tab.
Add an IP address or IP range to the whitelist
- In the Access Restrictions tab, click on the Add Restriction button.
- A new screen appears:
- Enter the IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.1) or IP range (e.g., 192.168.0.0/24) to allow.
- Ensure the entered address follows the expected format using the help guide displayed in the field.
- Click on Save.
⚠️ Note: By default, all IPs are allowed if no IP has been added to the list.
