This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.

This article will guide you step by step through the process of deleting your Sarbacane account.

Two scenarios may apply to you:

  • You have a 30-day free trial account with no commitment.
  • You have a subscription.

For both situations, a written account deletion request must be submitted to help@sarbacane.com and through the "Help" section of your account:

Click on "Send a Message" to initiate your request.

For a 30-day free trial account with no commitment:

Your request will be processed within the legal timeframe of 30 days.

Note that if you take no action, a trial account will naturally expire after 30 days. Your data will then be automatically deleted 90 days after your account's expiration.

For a subscription:

Supporting documents will be required after you submit your account deletion request.

Our team will provide you with the necessary documents to submit, depending on the nature of your organization. The deletion process will also be completed within the legal timeframe of 30 days, in compliance with GDPR regulations. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all data on the account will be permanently deleted.
