The contact lists uploaded on the Sarbacane Contacts application are sets of contacts used for sending email, SMS and automated campaigns (via the Sarbacane Campaigns application).
To create a list, you can select “New list” on the Sarbacane Contacts home page or “Create a list” in the left vertical menu. Note that there are three types of lists: standard, synchronized and unsubscribe lists.
You can name your list at each step of its creation.
Once it has been created, you can add recipients to your list using the import method of your choice (by importing a .xlsx, .txt or .csv file, by entering contacts manually or by copying/pasting them).
