In Sarbacane Suite, contact management is essential to successfully carry out your campaigns and communications. To clarify how contact management works, we will explain how it is handled in Sarbacane Contacts, the central application dedicated to this task.
Sarbacane Contacts plays a central role in the Sarbacane Suite ecosystem with regard to contact management. Here is how you can use it:
Creation and management of contact lists for your campaigns managed via Campaigns: You can create and manage your contact lists in Sarbacane Contacts. These lists will then be used for sending email campaigns, SMS marketing, or for running automated scenarios directly from Sarbacane Contacts.
Collecting contacts via Sarbacane Forms: If you use Sarbacane Forms to create web forms, the contacts collected through these forms will be automatically integrated into Sarbacane Contacts. You can thus centralize your contacts for simplified management.
For other applications within Sarbacane Suite that also require contact management, please note that this management is carried out directly within each respective application. This concerns the following applications:

Sarbacane Engage
Sarbacane Chat
Contact management is performed specifically within each of the applications mentioned above. It is therefore not necessary to use Sarbacane Contacts to manage the contacts of these applications.
