If you have access to several accounts with one and the same email address, it means that you both own your own account and have been invited to join one or more other accounts. Indeed, you can only be the owner of a single account with the same email address.
If one of the accounts you have access to has been switched to Sarbacane Suite, this does not mean that the other accounts you have access to will be. In fact, the update must be carried out by the owner of each account.
Only the owner can trigger the Sarbacane update. If you are a user or administrator invited on an account, you can then trigger the sending of an email notification to the owner of the account concerned.
For the account that belongs to you, you can trigger the update yourself since you are the owner of the account. As a reminder, on Sarbacane Sunrise, a user invited to join an account first had to create a free account in order to access the account to which they were invited (this will no longer be the case for Sarbacane Suite). Very often, these accounts have in fact expired because they are not used and therefore do not need to be switched to Sarbacane Suite.
