When you decide to switch to Sarbacane Suite, the update and the transfer of the data and resources from your account are performed asynchronously. The transfer of resources is carried out in order of priority, starting with contact lists, then settings, campaigns, etc. The most recent items are transferred first.
When the update is started, access to the application will be interrupted for a few moments. You will still be able to access Sarbacane Suite and work on it fairly quickly. However, please note that the transfer of data may take some time depending on the volume of resources stored in your account.
You will receive a notification when all of your resources have been transferred to your Sarbacane Suite account.
If multiple users have access to your Sarbacane Sunrise account, please ensure that none of them is creating content or working on a campaign when you start the update.
