You have access to an account that has switched to Suite, but your personal account is still on the old version?
If you have access to several accounts (for example a freemium account and an account to which you have been invited) and the switch has only been carried out on one of the accounts, the other accounts will remain on the old version of Sarbacane. The switch is performed account by account by the owner or an administrator of each account.
Furthermore, if your personal account (linked to the address with which you log in) has not switched to the Suite, you will need to log in via the following URL: app.sarbacane.com
You will need to enter your credentials a first time, then you will be redirected to the Sarbacane Suite login page where you will need to enter your credentials a second time. This is normal. You will then be asked to accept the general terms and conditions of Sarbacane Site. Once these have been accepted, you will again be able to access the account that has switched to the Suite and to which you are invited.
