Several reasons may explain why you have not received the email offering to update your account to Sarbacane Suite.
You are not the owner of the account
Even if you have access to a Sarbacane account, this does not necessarily mean that you are the owner of the account in question.
Each Sarbacane account has only one owner. As a reminder, the owner of the account is the person who holds the login email address. If you are the owner of an account, the update will also be offered to you via a notification when you log in to your Sarbacane account.
If you have not received the email to update your account, you may simply be a user or an administrator invited on an account. This is probably the case if you are asked to select the account to which you wish to connect when you enter your Sarbacane login details.
If you are invited on an account, a notification in the application will offer to notify by email the owner of the account that they are able to update the Sarbacane account. Indeed, only the owner is authorized to start the update.
The email did not reach you
If you are the owner and you have not received the email offering the update of your account, please note that the update will also be offered to you via a notification in the application.
If you are not the owner of the account, the notification will simply offer you the option to notify the owner of the account of the possibility of updating the account.
Updating your account is not yet possible
In order to optimally support each of our clients in their transition to Sarbacane Suite, we have decided not to offer all our clients the option to switch to this new version at the same time. The time at which you will be able to move to Sarbacane Suite will be determined by our teams.
If you have not received an email or seen a notification in the application offering the update of your account, it is likely that the update is not yet available for your account. You may then contact your team at 03 28 32 80 40.
