If you have users linked to your Sarbacane Sunrise account, here is what you need to do when updating your account to Sarbacane Suite.
Only the owner of an account may request the switch to the Suite. As a reminder, there is only one owner per account.
For Sunrise users and administrators who have guest access to one or more accounts, the update will be initiated by the account owner. No action is required from a guest user or administrator.
Once the update has been completed, the roles and permissions of your users/administrators will be maintained in Sarbacane Suite.
Users will simply need to log in with their usual credentials and then, as usual, choose the account they wish to access (either their personal account or the account(s) to which they are invited) via the drop-down menu available to them.
If they select an account that has been switched to the Suite, they will then access the Sarbacane Suite interface.
If they select an account that has not been switched, they will then access the Sarbacane Sunrise interface.
Users / administrators invited to an account will not be notified by email of the effective switch of the shared account to Sarbacane Suite. However, they will be offered a product walkthrough during their first login after the account has been updated.
Conversely, if they switch their own personal account (of which they are therefore the owners), they will of course be notified when the account update is complete. Note, however, that users invited to an account do not necessarily need to update their own individual account (the one linked to their own email address) in order to access the updated shared account.
A major difference between Sarbacane Sunrise and Sarbacane Suite is that users will no longer have to first create a free account in order to access an account to which they are invited.
Thus, when a user receives an invitation to join an account, and this user does not already have a Sarbacane account, they will simply have to create a password to be able to access the account that is inviting them.
If the user already has a Sarbacane account, they will simply need to enter their usual login credentials and then select the account that is inviting them.
Sarbacane Suite operates with a licensing system. One license enables a user to access all the features of an application within the Sarbacane Suite.
The prices of each license are indicated per user, and are per month if you choose the monthly subscription or per year if you opt for the annual subscription.
If you purchase a license for several products or a Suite license (which unlocks access for each application in the Suite), you can assign each license to the user of your choice.
For example, if you purchase a Suite license, you will then have one license per application. You are free to assign the Campaigns and Contacts licenses to one user and the Chat license to another user, for instance.
Another example: if you want 2 of your users to be able to access the Sarbacane Campaigns application simultaneously, then you will need to purchase 2 Campaigns licenses and assign one license to each of the users concerned.
When you upgrade your account to Sarbacane Suite, you (the account owner) as well as all users of your account (whether they are administrators or regular users) will receive a Full Suite license free of charge until the renewal date of your subscription.
On your renewal date, you can either renew your subscription with the full Sarbacane Suite at the corresponding price for all users of your account, or choose a set of licenses corresponding to the functional scope you use on Sarbacane Sunrise. You will then be free to decide the number and type of licenses you keep and to whom you wish to assign them.
As a reminder, one license is valid for a single user.
