Predictive sending is an intelligent feature of Sarbacane Campaigns that enables you to send your campaign at the best time for each of your recipients.
Sarbacane relies on the data and behavior of each recipient, in particular the analysis of the moments when they most frequently open/click their emails, in order to send your campaign to each person at the most appropriate time.
How to activate predictive sending?
You will find the predictive sending option at the Sending step of your Email campaign.

The chart shows you an estimate of the distribution of sends per day. You can adjust the duration of the sending window (from 1 to 7 days) using the slider located above the chart.
Predictive sending therefore enables you to spread your sends over time, which has an impact on:
The deliverability of your campaigns: reduce the risk of being considered spam by sending your emails in several batches spread over time.
The engagement rate of your campaigns: increase the likelihood that your emails will be opened and clicked by sending them at the ideal time for each recipient.
The predictive intelligence engine developed by Sarbacane incorporates the notion of instant sending. If Sarbacane detects that a user is viewing their mailbox, in particular when they open an email sent with Sarbacane, the system will immediately send your campaign.
Indeed, when your recipient is checking their emails, if they open an email sent via Sarbacane’s servers, we are able to detect this opening and your next send (initially scheduled for a later date or time by the predictive sending engine) will be sent immediately so that the arrival of your email in the inbox is optimal and occurs at the moment when your recipient is logged into their mailbox.
This feature therefore makes it possible to drastically increase the performance of your campaigns by leveraging the behavioral data of all recipients within the Sarbacane user community.
