Predictive sending is an intelligent feature of Sarbacane Campaigns that allows you to send your campaign at the optimal time for each of your recipients.
Sarbacane relies on data and the behavior of each recipient, particularly by analyzing the times when they most frequently open or click on their emails, in order to send your campaign to each recipient at the most opportune moment.
How to activate predictive sending?
You will find the predictive sending option in the Send step of your Email campaign.

The graph provides you with an estimate of the distribution of sends per day. You can adjust the duration of the sending window (from 1 to 7 days) using the slider located above the graph.
Predictive sending thus allows you to spread your sends over time, which has an impact on:
The deliverability of your campaigns: reduce the risk of being considered as spam by sending your emails in multiple batches distributed over time.
Your campaign engagement rate: increase the likelihood that your emails are opened and clicked by sending them at the ideal time for each recipient.
The predictive intelligence engine developed by Sarbacane incorporates the concept of instant sending. If Sarbacane detects that a user is consulting their mailbox, particularly when they open an email sent with Sarbacane, the system will immediately send your campaign.
Indeed, when your recipient is consulting their emails, in the event that they open an email sent via Sarbacane's servers, we are able to detect this opening and your next send (initially scheduled for a later date or time by the predictive sending engine) will be sent immediately so that your email arrives in the inbox at the optimal moment and occurs when your recipient is connected to their messaging service.
This feature thus makes it possible to drastically increase the performance of your campaigns by benefiting from the behavioral data of all recipients in the Sarbacane user community.
