The settings of your account can be accessed by clicking on your avatar at the top right of the Sarbacane Suite home screen or the home screen of each application, then on the “Account” section.

Overview of your account
In this section you can view
Your renewal date as well as the possibility to manage/modify your current plan (either fully autonomously or by making an appointment with one of our advisors)
An overview of your licenses (already assigned vs. still available)
The level of support included in your plan
An overview of the users invited to your account
An overview of your available sending credits if you have purchased a license requiring consumables (Campaigns and/or Sendkit)
Product license management
This section, available only to the owner and administrators, allows you to purchase and/or assign licenses to the various Sarbacane Suite applications.
User management
Users
This section allows you to invite new users to your account, as well as manage their profile, assign or revoke licenses, and manage the rights and permissions of each user.
Here are the rights / permissions that can be configured per user:
Account management: export statistics, share a resource with a group, export contacts
Campaigns: transfer templates, send automated email campaigns, send automated SMS campaigns, send email campaigns, send SMS campaigns, send a test email, send a test SMS
Forms: publication management
Pages: publication management
Groups
This section also allows you to create, manage, and delete user groups.
Here are the settings available for each group:
Create, manage, and delete your users for each group
Add a user to a group
Remove a user from a group
Move a user to a different group
Access the rights management for each user
Limit a group’s email and/or SMS usage
Means of payment
This section, available only to the owner and administrators, allows you to register and configure your means of payment.
Usage history
This section allows you to view your usage history of email and/or SMS credits in table form with:
The date of each campaign that resulted in the consumption of credits
The number of credits consumed
The type of campaigns (email or SMS)
The name of the user who sent the campaign
The name of the campaign
You can filter the consumption history:
By period
By tag
By user
By campaign name by entering a keyword in the search bar
You also have the option to export your consumption history.
Notifications
This section allows you to configure:
An email address to receive information related to the routing of your account’s campaigns
An email address to receive information related to quotes and invoices for your account
Contact details
This section allows you to update your contact details to facilitate the management of your account and enable your advisor to reach you easily if necessary.
