Predictive Eye Tracking, or oculometry in French, is an intelligent feature of Sarbacane Campaigns that allows you to track the eye movements of individuals as they examine an email campaign. This approach simulates human vision, thereby offering the ability to measure the visual impact of your email before sending it to your recipients. This feature enables you to optimize the rendering of your message, thereby increasing the overall performance of your campaign.
Available analysis reports
Heat zones
Heat zone analysis is based on eye tracking, providing a color gradient to indicate the most attractive areas of your email. The zones range from green to red, respectively representing low to high levels of attention. This analysis predicts the parts that are likely to be viewed by your recipients.

Eye movement patterns
This diagram shows the probable trajectory of your recipients' gaze, composed of saccades and fixations. Each fixation point is identified by a numbered circle, simulating the first few seconds of the gaze trajectory.

Opacity Report
Based on fixation duration, this report simulates what your recipients will perceive in the first few seconds after opening the email. More transparent areas attract greater attention, while more opaque areas are likely to be skimmed over.

Aesthetic Analysis
This comprehensive analysis assigns an aesthetic score (from 0 to 100) by evaluating the color, clarity, and balance of your creation. The scores provide insights into the visual appeal of your email.

Launching the Test
To launch the Eye Tracking test, follow these steps:
Access the campaign you wish to analyze.
Navigate to the testing stage of your campaign.
Click the Launch Test button in the Eye Tracking panel located in the bottom right corner of the screen.

After the test, review the 4 analysis reports (heat maps, gaze movements, opacity report, aesthetic analysis) by clicking on the corresponding images.

Important: note that the test does not update automatically; you must rerun it to see new results after making changes to your campaign.
