A domain credit lets you buy a domain name dedicated to your sends in Sarbacane Campaigns, or renew a domain you already bought. A credit costs €25 excl. tax and covers one domain for one year.
By default, your campaigns are sent with Sarbacane shared domains. A domain in your name replaces them in the sender address and in tracked links. Your recipients recognize your brand more easily.
Directly when buying a domain: on the Domains page, click Add a domain, then in the Order your domain name window, click Order. You are redirected to the payment for the credit.
Through your account manager: ask them for one or more domain credits. When you buy the domain, click Book: no payment is requested.
At renewal: if no credit is available, you are redirected to payment when you click Renew.
You can buy several domains, one credit per domain, then choose which one to use in each campaign.
Note: a credit is valid for one year. To keep the domain, renew it every year.
