Our system automatically detects NPAI addresses (N’habitent Pas – or Plus – à l’Adresse Indiquée, i.e. “do not – or no longer – live at the stated address”) when your campaigns are sent. Similarly, unsubscribes are managed efficiently to respect your subscribers’ preferences.
When importing your recipient list, Sarbacane Campaigns offers an in-depth analysis to correct errors such as incorrect domains, typos, or issues in the structure of email addresses. This allows you to clean your contact lists by removing incorrect, obsolete, or falsified addresses.
Routing Evolution has several servers and IPs, which are constantly monitored by our technical teams using a monitoring system and anti-spam filtering. We dynamically assign the best IP addresses based on feedback, thereby ensuring optimal deliverability and service continuity.
Our moderation service reviews our clients’ campaigns between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekends. They ensure compliance with our terms of use, notably by checking for the presence of an unsubscribe link in every communication. We also review the content of the message and the method used to collect email addresses.
Sarbacane is recognized as a trusted service provider by the Data & Marketing Association France (DMA France, formerly SNCD), and we comply with the recommendations of the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
