Likewise, unsubscribes are managed efficiently in order to respect your subscribers’ preferences.
When importing your recipient list, Sarbacane Campaigns offers an in-depth analysis to correct errors such as incorrect domains, typos, or issues with the structure of email addresses. This enables you to clean your contact lists by removing incorrect, obsolete, or falsified addresses.
Our sending server has multiple servers and IPs, which are constantly monitored by our technical teams using a monitoring system and anti-spam filtering. We dynamically assign the best IP addresses based on feedback, thereby guaranteeing optimal deliverability and service continuity.
Our moderation service reviews our clients’ campaigns between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekends. They ensure compliance with our terms of use, in particular by checking for the presence of an unsubscribe link in every communication. We also review the content of the message and the method used to collect email addresses.
