Your sending domain reserved with Sarbacane Campaigns has expired and you would like to renew it? Here is the procedure to follow.
To do so, you must first have a domain credit such as “1 domain name available”. If this is not the case, you must “Order a domain”.
You can then click on: “Renew”.
This action places an order with the hosting provider in order to reserve your domain name for an additional 1 year; this may involve a loading time of a few seconds.
Note: payment of the invoice does not activate automatic renewal of the dedicated sending domain.
Indeed, by making this payment, you have purchased a domain credit. You must then allocate this domain credit either to:
the renewal of a domain that has expired
the reservation of a new domain
Depending on the number of days since expiration, your domain may not be renewable immediately. These renewal periods depend on your domain extension.
Here, for example, are the time frames for the most common extensions (to find out the time frames for other extensions, consult the hosting provider’s dedicated resource):

If your domain is in the status:
“Late renewal possible” : This status means that the domain can be renewed. You can simply click on “Renew” in Sarbacane.
“Deletion at Gandi / Restoration possible” : This status means that the domain can be restored. You can contact us to obtain the restoration fee ([email protected]), or delete this expired domain to register a new domain name.
“Destruction by the Registry” : This status means that the domain is available again, provided that no one else has registered it in the meantime. You can delete the expired domain in order to register it again.
