Everyone occasionally deletes a campaign, list, or form by mistake. Good news: you can now easily recover these items using the trash.
When you delete a resource in the application (campaign, list, form, landing page, or template), it is no longer permanently deleted immediately. It is now placed in a temporary trash for 30 days.
This allows you to:
Restore the resource if you still need it
Delete it permanently immediately if you wish to free up space.
After 30 days, items in the trash are automatically and permanently deleted. You can also access the trash and immediately delete the resources present.
The trash is accessible directly from the interface of several applications.
You can find it in the lower left corner of the following sections:
Contacts
Campaigns
Forms
Pages
Studio
To restore, for example, a campaign (or any other resource), simply follow these steps:
Open the relevant application (for example, Campaigns)
Click on the trash icon in the lower left corner.
Find the deleted resource in the list.
Click on the three dots of the resource and then on Restore.
The resource will then be reintegrated into your workspace, exactly as it was before deletion.
If you wish to delete a resource without waiting for the end of the 30-day period:
Access the trash by clicking on the trash icon of the relevant application.
Search for the relevant resource.
Click on the three dots of the resource and then on Delete.
⚠ Warning: this action is irreversible.
With this new feature, you benefit from an additional level of security to manage your resources. A deletion error is no longer a problem: you now have 30 days to undo it.
