With Sarbacane Suite, you can create dynamic contact lists in the Contacts application, which will be automatically fed by forms created with the Forms application.
Prerequisites
To be able to link a form created on Sarbacane Forms to a contact list created on Sarbacane Contacts or, conversely, to be able to create a form from an existing contact list, you must have a Sarbacane Suite license (giving you access to all applications) and a Sarbacane Forms license (in which case the Sarbacane Contacts license is automatically provided free of charge).

Link a form to an existing list
From Forms, when you create a new form, you directly choose where to save the responses. Simply select the option “in an existing list” and choose your list here. You can also choose to “Create a new list” at this stage, to save your responses in a new list.
You will then be prompted to give a name to your form and to create, customize, and publish it. Your form will be automatically linked to the selected contact list.
Link an existing list to a form
In Contacts, from your recipient list, click on the menu next to the name of your list and select “Create a form”.
You will then be redirected to Forms and prompted to give a name to your form and to create, customize, and publish it.
Example of a registration form
Assume that you wish to set up a registration form for your newsletter on your website.
You can create your registration form, customize it, and easily integrate it into your website with Sarbacane Forms.
When you create your form, you are offered the option to link your registration form to a contact list created in Sarbacane Contacts (either an existing list or a new list), so that the contacts who register for your newsletter on your website are directly integrated into your contact list in Contacts.
In this way, you will always have an up-to-date contact list including your most recent subscribers.
This will make your work easier when you wish to send your newsletter: your list will already be ready, and you will only have to create your email campaign and send it. There is no need to export contacts from your CRM and import them into Sarbacane. Everything will be managed automatically.
