A list corresponds to a set of contacts.
The “Contact lists” menu allows you to import various databases into Sarbacane Suite in order to use and reuse them easily when sending your email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and automated campaigns.
To create a contact list, you can:
on the home page of the Contacts application, click on the “New list” shortcut, then Create
in the left vertical menu, click on “Contact lists” then “Create a list”, or on the + then “New list”.
Then choose the type of list you wish to create:
Standard list: which you can complete by importing a .xlsx, .txt or .csv file, by manual entry, or by copy / paste.
Synchronized list: to create a list that is automatically populated by your business applications
Unsubscription list: to collect and exclude from your mailings those recipients who have unsubscribed
Once you have chosen the type, name the list in the field at the top left of the screen.
You have now created a new contact list.
You now simply need to add recipients to it using the import method of your choice.
