Unsubscription lists play a key role when analysing contact lists, importing new contacts, or sending email or SMS campaigns with Sarbacane Campaigns.
Access your unsubscription lists
To access your unsubscription lists in Sarbacane Contacts, follow these simple steps:
Start by logging in to your Sarbacane account.
Once logged in, go to the Sarbacane Contacts application.
In the side menu located on the left of the interface, click on the “Contact lists” section”
You will find your unsubscription lists in the “Unsubscription lists” tab
About unsubscription lists
By default, when you start using Sarbacane, an unsubscription list called “default unsubscription list” is created by default and will be associated by default with all your campaigns sent via Sarbacane Campaigns
You have the possibility to add other unsubscription lists to manage unsubscribed contacts according to the type of emails (newsletter, commercial email, etc.) or the type of channel (email or SMS).
These unsubscription lists can then be associated with email and SMS campaigns sent via Sarbacane Campaigns, thus enabling you to comply with your recipients’ unsubscription preferences.
Sharing management
Managing the sharing of unsubscription lists allows you to control the visibility of these lists according to your user groups. Here is how to proceed:
Sharing options: You can manage the sharing properties of your unsubscription lists to limit their visibility according to your different user groups.
Note that only administrators and account owners can access the sharing options. If the sharing options are not visible, please contact your account administrator.
To access the unsubscribe list sharing option, choose the unsubscribe list of your choice, then click on the action menu associated with the list and select Manage sharing in the dropdown menu.
You will then arrive on a page where you can choose the users or user groups who can access this unsubscribe list. Simply check or uncheck the groups and/or users according to your needs, then confirm your selection.
