Your account's bounce list is in Sarbacane Contacts, in the Bounces tab of the contact lists. There you can view invalid addresses, add some (for example from your previous tool), export them or remove one.
Access to Sarbacane Contacts.
In the left menu of Sarbacane Contacts, open Contact lists, then the Bounces tab.
Click Bounce list. Invalid addresses and numbers are shown, with their source.
At the top left, next to the list name, click •••, then choose the action: Add bounces (file import, manual entry or copy-paste), Export or Distribution by domain.
Caution: do not empty the bounce list. Sending to these addresses would harm your deliverability. Only remove an address if you are sure it is valid.
To remove an address: click its row to select it, then ••• › Delete.
Added addresses are set aside from your next campaigns. A removed address can receive your sendings again.
Best practice: to limit invalid addresses, sign up your contacts with a Sarbacane Forms form and double opt-in. To have a database of addresses checked, ask for our email address validation service through your account manager.
The address may also be blocked by Sarbacane's internal filter. Contact technical support with the address concerned.
