Before you start creating your message, you must choose the type of campaign you wish to send.
You can create 2 types of email campaigns in Sarbacane Campaigns, in addition to SMS campaigns:
Email campaign: send an email in HTML format with an alternative plain text version. The multipart HTML format allows you to enrich the layout and content (images, styles, etc.) and also to send attachments.
Automatic campaign: automatically trigger the sending of campaigns according to defined events (birthday, registration, etc.). Create your own scenarios with customized email and/or SMS sequences.
