Google Sheets allows you to collaboratively edit sets of spreadsheets or databases. These are often shared and modified by several collaborators within the same workgroup, which raises several questions:
How can you ensure that the various modifications are correctly reflected in real time on an external environment such as Sarbacane Suite?
How can you ensure that these modifications trigger the desired actions?
Go to the Zapier page dedicated to the Sarbacane and Google Sheets connector.
After logging in via your Google account and reading and accepting the general terms and conditions, choose the desired event: this is the one that will globally trigger the action.
From the list, choose the Google Sheets sheet that you wish to synchronize.
In the following steps, still on Zapier, specify the desired data (row, column, value, etc.).
After an initial automatic test, you are invited to repeat these steps to configure the desired automatic actions in Sarbacane.
A final test confirms the link between your Google Sheets actions and Sarbacane Contacts.
Good to know: it is possible to automate the update of data from Google Sheets to Sarbacane, but not the other way around.
That being said, a manual export of your lists remains possible at any time from Sarbacane Suite.
