Prerequisites:
- You must have a Sarbacane account. If this is not the case, you can create one now.
- You must have a Shopify store
- Before synchronizing your Shopify lists in Sarbacane, you must have installed the Sarbacane application on your Shopify store
In your Sarbacane account, go to the “Contact lists” menu and then click the “Create a list” button.

Select “Synchronized list”

Then select the “Shopify” connector

A new window will appear displaying an API key and an Account ID. Copy them, then confirm before going to your Shopify store.

Go to your Shopify store with your API key and launch the Sarbacane application. Enter the API key and the account ID in the corresponding fields and click on “Save”.

The configuration of the plugin on the Shopify side is now complete.
Once the account ID and API key have been saved, you will be able to:
Trigger a manual synchronization using the “resynchronize” button. Note that the synchronization of your Shopify list is otherwise performed automatically a few minutes after an event is recorded there.
Save a new Account ID and a new API key by clicking the “Save” button.

Back in Sarbacane, go to “Contact lists”, then to "Synchronized lists". After synchronization, your list will appear in the contact lists of your Sarbacane account.

NB: A temporary list is created when the pop-in confirming your account ID and API key is validated. This temporary list disappears in favor of the actual list once the configuration is complete on the Shopify side (when you have entered and saved your account ID and API key in your Shopify store).
