Sarbacane is evolving to offer a more modern, more centralized and more efficient experience. If you previously used Sarbacane Sunrise, you are now discovering Sarbacane Suite.
Why did I not receive the update email?
You may not be the owner of the account.
The email has not yet been sent or received.
Your account is not yet eligible for migration (progressive rollout).
We invite you to contact your account manager in order to review the status of your migration.
When will I be able to switch to Sarbacane Suite?
The migration is being offered gradually. You will be informed via a notification in the application, and/or an email (if you are the owner of the account).
Who can initiate the migration?
Only the owner of the account can switch to Sarbacane Suite.
Can I ask someone else to do it for me?
Yes, users and administrators can notify the owner, but they cannot initiate the migration themselves.
How does the migration work?
The transfer is triggered by the owner, and the data is migrated progressively (contacts, campaigns, settings, etc.). Please note that access may be briefly interrupted at the beginning. It is preferable to carry out the migration when you do not need to use the software.
Will I lose my data?
No. All your data is retained and transferred to Sarbacane Suite.
Is the migration reversible?
No. Once the account has been switched to Suite, it is no longer possible to go back to Sunrise.
Can I use Sarbacane during the migration?
Yes, after a short interruption, you can access Sarbacane Suite even if the transfer has not been fully completed.
Do I need to change my login credentials?
No, your login credentials remain the same.
I have several different accounts; will they be migrated at the same time?
No. Each account is migrated separately by its owner. However, if your account includes users, or if you are a user, the migration will indeed be carried out following the owner’s action on the shared account.
How do I log in after the migration?
You can log in via:
