Where are my data and assets?
Everything is stored in Sarbacane Suite:
Campaigns: emails, SMS, scenarios, statistics
Contacts: contact lists
Pages: landing pages
Forms: forms
Studios: templates (organized according to their use).
Will I see everything immediately after the migration?
No, the data appears gradually during the migration, but you can already use the Suite.
Where can I find my domains?
Emails → Campaigns
Landing pages → Pages
Forms → Forms
Where can I access the account settings?
Click on your avatar (top right) then on “Account”. There, you will find
Product license management
User management
Payment methods
Usage history
Notifications
Contact details
Legal / GDPR
Who can manage licenses and users?
The owner and administrators only.
Where can I manage my contacts?
In the Sarbacane Contacts application.
Where can I find my campaigns and scenarios?
In Sarbacane Campaigns.
Are the automatic scenarios stopped during the migration?
No, they continue to operate normally.
Where are the settings (payment, users, GDPR, etc.)?
In the account settings via your avatar.
Can I return to Sunrise after migration?
No, the migration to Suite is final.
