This article presents the main features of your workspace to assist you in getting started with your account and configuring it.
Interface Overview
On the left side of your screen, you will find the main navigation menu, composed of the following sections:

Settings
Each section allows you to quickly access the various features of the platform.
API Key Management
The API Key Management section allows you to create as many API keys as needed according to your requirements, consult the API documentation to facilitate your integrations, and find all information related to your SMTP credentials. This section is essential for carrying out your shipments.
Blacklists
The Blacklists section centralizes all of your exclusion lists. You will find:
your unsubscribed contacts
your NPAI contacts (emails and SMS)
the ability to create new unsubscribe lists.
These lists allow you to ensure compliance with your contacts' preferences and improve the quality of your shipments.
Campaigns
From this section, you can create, manage, and track your campaigns directly from the platform.
Activity
The Activity section allows you to track in detail the behavior of your recipients following the sending of your campaigns. You can in particular view:
opens
clicks
sending errors
bounces, etc.
Search filters are also available, for example to search for the activity of a particular contact.
Settings
The Settings section brings together all the configuration options for your account:
domain management
You can add as many domains as necessary for your mailings. For each domain, Sendkit automatically verifies the presence and validity of the required DNS records. If a record is missing or incorrectly configured, it will be flagged to facilitate its correction.
Important : all requested records must be correctly configured for your domain to be validated and used for sending your emails.
sending parameters
You can then customize the behavior of your mailings by enabling or disabling various options, such as:
-tracking of opens and clicks
-configuration of a personalized unsubscribe link
webhooks
The Webhooks section allows you to configure notifications sent to your applications in order to automatically retrieve events generated by your campaigns (opens, clicks, bounces, etc.).
dedicated IP address
If you wish to benefit from a dedicated IP address for your mailings, you may request one from our teams.
artificial intelligence
You will also find settings related to the use of artificial intelligence features offered by the platform. You can manage your consent there.
display preferences
Finally, the latest preferences allow you to customize the appearance of your interface in terms of its theme.
