To let a colleague see and use one of your lists or targetings in Sarbacane Contacts, share it with their group or with them directly. Sharing takes a few clicks, list by list and targeting by targeting, opt-out lists included.
Be an account administrator or the owner of the list or targeting.
User groups created in your Sarbacane account settings.
In the left menu of Sarbacane Contacts, open Contact lists.
On the list's row, click ••• in the Actions column on the right, then Manage sharing. The "Who can access this list?" window opens.
Tick All groups, or only the groups concerned. To choose specific people, expand a group with the arrow to the right of its name and tick its members.
At the bottom of the window, click Save.
Sharing is chosen when you save the targeting:
In the targeting pane, at the top, click Save as.
In the Save a targeting window, under "Who can access this targeting?", tick All groups, groups or members.
Click Validate.
To change the sharing of a targeting already saved: open the list, click Select a targeting at the top right and choose it, then in the targeting pane click ••• and Targeting properties.
Note: sharing with a group gives access to all its members, current and future. Sharing with specific members gives access only to them, even if other people join the group later.
The list or targeting appears in the account of the people you chose, who can use it in their campaigns. To check a list's sharing, click ••• then Infos.
Check in this order: their group or name is ticked in the sharing window; they belong to the group in the account settings; they have reloaded the page.
Only an account administrator and the list's owner can change its sharing. Ask one of them.
