This section presents the steps to duplicate an existing SMS campaign.
Access the Sarbacane Campaigns homepage or go to the 'My campaigns’ section in the application.
You can filter the list of campaigns by tags, by type of campaign (email, SMS or automated), by name and/or by status to more easily find the campaign you wish to duplicate.
Once you have found the campaign you wish to duplicate, click on the action menu associated with your campaign tile, then click on Duplicate in the dropdown menu.
Once you have clicked on Duplicate, a window appears. You must then
Choose between duplicating the entire campaign (content + recipients) or only the content of the campaign
Define the sharing settings of your SMS campaign
You can also name your campaign. By default, the name of your campaign is (copy) Name of the duplicated campaign.
