This section presents the steps to follow to modify an existing SMS campaign. The possible modifications differ depending on the status of your SMS campaign.
Find the campaign to be modified
Go to the Sarbacane Campaigns home page or go to the 'My campaigns’ section in the application.
You can filter the list of campaigns by tags, by type of campaign (email, SMS or automated), by name and/or by status to more easily find the campaign you wish to modify.
Your campaign has not yet been sent
If your campaign has not been sent, you can still modify it by clicking on the Edit button on the tile representing your campaign. You will then be able to modify the name, the settings (tags and sharing), the content of the campaign and add / delete / modify recipients.
Your campaign has been scheduled
If your campaign has been scheduled, you can still modify it before its sending date by clicking on “Cancel sending” and then reworking your campaign (name, settings, content, recipients). Once your modifications have been made, schedule it again.
Your campaign has already been sent
If your campaign has already been sent, you cannot modify its content, but you can send it to new recipients. The message will then be sent only to the recipients you have added to your list. To do this, click on New recipients in the drop-down menu located at the top right of the tile representing your SMS campaign.
