Hello everyone,
You may already know this: overwhelming your audience with communications that are too frequent is detrimental to you.
First, these mailings may be perceived as annoying by your audience, as they may quickly feel over‑solicited.
Next, it is bad for your deliverability. An irritated audience means unsubscribes and complaints skyrocketing!
In short, overwhelming your audience is a lose‑lose situation.
This is why we offer a feature that allows you to manage marketing pressure, on a weekly or monthly basis.
Let us go to Campaigns.
Then, in the settings, click on “Campaigns.”
On this page, click on the selector, then set the desired timeframe.
As you can see on the screen, it is possible to do the same for your SMS mailings.
Good to know: this does not apply to automated campaigns. If follow‑ups are scheduled in your scenarios, they will be carried out independently of the preferences we have just reviewed.
Also, these settings govern only the marketing activity within Campaigns.
The Sendkit and Engage applications continue to operate according to your custom triggers and the defined sending frequencies.
Thank you for following this tutorial, and see you soon on Sarbacane Suite!
