Force a password reset
This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software: Sarbacane Suite. If you are a user of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, you can find here the help center related to this version of the software. The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
To protect against unauthorized access, administrators can force a password change for one or more users. This action immediately logs out the affected users, preventing them from logging back in until a new password is set.
Steps to force a password change
Reset the password for a specific user
- Access the user's profile card
- Open the User Management section.
- Expand the menu for the relevant user.
- Select the action
- In the dropdown menu, click on Reset Password.
- Confirm the action
- A confirmation window appears.
- Click on Reset Password.
Reset passwords for multiple users
- Select the relevant users
- Check the boxes next to the users in the list.
- Click on Reset Passwords at the top of the list.
- Confirm the bulk action
- Confirm the operation for all selected users.
