Force a user logout

This help center is dedicated to the new version of our software, Sarbacane Suite. Users of the previous version, Sarbacane Sunrise, can find here the help center associated with that version of the software.
For security or management reasons, account owners and administrators can force the logout of one or more users. This action automatically ends their active session and redirects them to the login page.
Steps to force a logout
Log out a specific user
- Access the user's profile card
- Open the User Management section.
- Expand the menu for the relevant user.
- Select the action
- In the dropdown menu, click on Log out of the account.
- Confirm the action
- Click on Log out.
Log out multiple users
- Select the relevant users
- Check the boxes next to the users to log out.
- Click on Log out users at the top of the list.
- Confirm the bulk action
- Confirm the logout for all selected users.
