What is session history?

The "Session History" tab allows administrators to view logins to your account over the past 3 rolling months. This tool enables monitoring of active sessions, reviewing past logins, and performing various user management actions.

Access session history

  1. Log in to your administrator account.
  2. Go to Settings > Security.
  3. Click on the Session History.

Structure of the session table

The history displays a detailed table of user sessions:

  • Available columns:
    • User: first and last name of the logged-in user.
    • Role: the user's role (User, Administrator, Owner).
    • Device: information about the type of device used
    • Location: user's IP address.
    • Date and time of session end.
  • Sessions are sorted by default in reverse chronological order (from most recent to oldest).
  • A maximum of 20 sessions is displayed per page. Use pagination to navigate through the data if more than 20 sessions are available.
  • Custom sorting: Click on the "Date and Time" column header to change the order (chronological or reverse chronological). This sorting applies to all data, not just the displayed page.

Available actions for each session

A context menu is available next to each row in the table. The following actions are possible:

  1. Manage the user Directly access the user's settings.
  2. Manage the user Directly access the user's settings.
  3. Reset password Logs out the user and requires them to set a new password before being able to log back in.
  4. Ban the user from the account Prevents the user from accessing the account again. Resources created by this user are retained. You can lift this ban later if needed.
  5. Delete the user from the account Permanently removes the user from the account. Resources created by the user are retained.
