How to automate your e-commerce actions with the Prestashop extension?

The update of your account to switch to Sarbacane Suite will be proposed to you shortly by our teams.
Managing and maintaining an e-commerce activity via Prestashop presents several challenges:
- Ensuring the update of your customer database to avoid its obsolescence
- Synchronizing this data to enhance your customer knowledge throughout the year
- Using this data to broadcast promotional offers or event invitations.
A few use cases for inspiration
- Recording your database in Sarbacane Suite to broadcast your email and SMS communications.
- Updating contact details and postal coordinates.
- Updating opt-in and opt-out choices to ensure compliance with GDPR rules that apply to you.
- Managing multiple stores without mixing databases.
- Tracking the behavior and engagement of your prospects and customers following the sending of communications.
Connecting Sarbacane Suite to Prestashop
- Go to the Connectors section of Sarbacane Contacts
- Click on the "Prestashop" block
- Click on "Add a shop"
- Fill in the requested information, concluding with the activation key, available after installing the Sarbacane module (add-on) available here.
Administration and automation possibilities offered by the connector
To import a list and enable synchronization with Prestashop, go directly to adding a synchronized list and choose your shop.
The update of the list linked to the shop is then automatic; any changes within Sarbacane Suite will be reflected in the Prestashop list and vice versa.
Afterward, you can segment your list(s) via the dedicated page in Sarbacane Contacts. Once you've selected a list, you can create targeting based on specific criteria corresponding to the columns in your table. It's within Sarbacane Campaigns that you'll find the lists and targeting organized by you, where you can create email or SMS campaigns.
Good to know: Within Campaigns, it's also possible to create automatic scenarios when creating a campaign.
These scenarios are triggered according to the trigger defined by you, among which:
- Adding a contact to a list
- Date
- Modification of an entry in your database, through an update or initial collection of information (e.g., birthday, specific interest, response to a questionnaire, response to an invitation, etc.).
